One of our favorite drives along the Snake River in Baker County, Oregon. This is a 135 mile loop beginning in Baker City, to Richland along the Hells Canyon Scenic Byway and then Snake River Road to Huntington, and Hwy 30 back to Baker City. Breathtaking scenery the entire route, and abundant watchable wildlife.

Approximately 40 mile of the Snake River Road portion is gravel and is steep and windy in places but is well maintained and can be driven in a passenger car.
