The Living Seas (Future World, EPCOT) – [EXPLORED]

Ah, The Living Seas. What was once my favorite thing in all of E.P.C.O.T. Center still remains tied for number 1 with the Land Pavilion, and for all of the redesign missteps, is still pretty amazing.

This is a nice wide view of the main post-ride room. That middle tube was used for a very cool mini show, where it would fill up with water, a diver with S.C.U.B.A. gear would sink down, once they got to the bottom the water would drain out completely, and the diver would exit. After the NEMO redo, I think they completely stopped doing it. I saw it once a year or two ago, and then again a few months later, but I haven’t seen it again since so I’m not sure if it’s still happening anymore.
