This man’s story is like many. He is in a halfway house recently released from prison. He did not tell me what he was in for. He is battling an addiction to meth, and looking for a way to live outside the walls. He told me that back in NOLA he used to draw and paint on the streets, I encouraged him to go back home and give it a whirl. I hope he finds his art.
