Long exposure frozen winter stream from the Orange Grove area of Patapsco Valley State Park near Baltimore, Maryland (USA). More specifically from the Cascades Trail downhill from what I like to call Frozen Avalon Falls, where the downward streaming water looks like a ray of light to me, or perhaps the proverbial ray of hope in fluid form.
